Product Accessibility

Our products are designed and developed in accordance with the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility (WCAG) Guidelines 2.0 Level AA as well as the Section 508 standards in the United States. A third party conducts regular audits of our software to ensure quality expectations are met and maintained.

Accessibility Details: Blackboard Learn

An accessible learning management system that provides tools to help you organize online courses and training programs. Blackboard Learn promotes student collaboration and enhanced teaching tasks like grading and creating assignments. Institutions can choose the look and feel of the Original experience or adopt the new design of the Ultra experience.

Accessibility Details: Blackboard Collaborate

An accessible real-time video conferencing tool that lets you add files, share applications, and use a virtual whiteboard to interact. Collaborate with the Ultra experience opens right in your browser, so you don’t have to install any software to join a session. The Original version of Blackboard Collaborate requires a download to launch the application.

Accessibility Details: Moodlerooms

An accessible platform extension to the popular Moodle VLE. Moodlerooms provides an accessible theme and streamlined features which help teachers customise their classrooms and make teaching and learning tasks simple and manageable for everyone.
